Council Member <br />Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-82 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT FOR THE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON <br />WARE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted on August 22, 1994, <br />a report has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA, with reference to the <br />sanitary sewer and watermain improvements on Ware Road from <br />Hawthorne Road to 600 feet south, and this report was received by the <br />City Council on September 26, 1994. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the utility improvement in accordance with the report <br />and assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of $60,533. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of September, 1994. <br />I (L <br />Marilyn G., nderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
