Council Member Elliott <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-83 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN ON WARE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 94-67 of the City Council a report has been <br />prepared with reference to these improvements detailing estimated <br />construction costs and assessments, and <br />WHEREAS, this report was accepted by the City Council on September 26, 1994, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to process these improvements in a timely manner to <br />provide water service to a property owner within the project area, and <br />WHEREAS, ordering plan and specification preparation at this time would allow a <br />more timely processing of this project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of Septem, 1994. <br />1)-)&* <br />Marilyn G. derson , Clerk-Trea <br />surer <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
