Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 — 101 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLEMENTAL LAW <br />ENFORCEMENT SERVICES <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the attached Agreement for Supplemental Law <br />Enforcement Services be enacted by White Bear Township with the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. <br />This supplemental law enforcement to be for the purpose of <br />enforcing all applicable ordinances and state statutes on Bald <br />Eagle Lake from January 1, 1995 through March 31, 1995. <br />Total cost (at a rate of $31.00 per hour) not to exceed $5,000.00. <br />With the cost apportioned as follows: <br />White Bear Township <br />Bald Eagle Area Association <br />City of Hugo <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />$2,000.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />(or White Bear Township 40%, and 20% for each of the others of the <br />total bill.) To be billed at the end of the Winter Patrol season. <br />Any revenues generated by fines and paid to the Township would be <br />distributed back to the above governmental participants according <br />to their contribution to the total cost. <br />A detailed activity report is to be submitted by Ramsey County <br />Sheriff's Department with the bill to White Bear Township; White <br />Bear Township will then submit a copy of the activity report with <br />the apportionment bills to the City of Hugo, the City of Lino Lakes <br />and the Bald Eagle Area Association. An evaluation of effect on <br />the compliance with all applicable ordinances and state statutes <br />will take place in June, 1995. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of December, <br />1994. <br />� Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />aril Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliotand upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Elliott, Kuether, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Members Bergeson and Neal <br />were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
