Forestry <br />The Forestry Department is responsible for providing for the health, vigor and <br />planning of the urban forest in the City. The planting of boulevard trees in <br />new subdivisions is budgeted here. The costs for these trees are reimbursed <br />from developers. Balled and burlaped trees are now City standard.
