Council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-03 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - WOODS OF BALDWIN LAKE - 2ND ADDITION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Woods of Baldwin Lake - 2nd <br />Addition, filed with the Council on January 23, 1995, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to John Powell of TKDA, and he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of,January, 1995. <br />�!, t ri)c .k c,,c✓ <br />Marilyn G. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council on Jan. 23 , 1995. <br />Marilyn G.
