Council Member Kuether <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-04 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF WOODS OF BALDWIN LAKE - 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on January 23, 1995, with <br />reference to the improvement of Woods of Baldwin Lake - 2nd Addition, and this report <br />received by the Council on January 23, 1995, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the subdivision in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $230,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 27th day of <br />February, 1995 in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 6:50 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements <br />as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of nary, 1995. <br />Marilyn G' Anderson.
