Council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-07 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR WELL NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council on November 14, 1994 a <br />feasibility report has been prepared for Well No. 4, located in the Clearwater Creek <br />area, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The feasibility report for Well No. 4 is hereby received. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of January, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
