Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution <br />and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 10 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM TAX INCREMENT 1-1 AND TAX INCREMENT 1-2 TO THE <br />GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1994 budget provided for funding for the Community <br />Development Director position, and <br />WHEREAS, 1/2 of this position was to be funded with Tax Increment <br />Financing funds, and <br />WHEREAS, this amount was budgeted at $37,000. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase Decrease <br />General Fund (101) $37,000 <br />Tax Increment 1-1 (407) ($18,500) <br />Tax Increment 1-2 (408) ($18,500) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Laked --this 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F.
