Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 14 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE WATER <br />ENTERPRISE FUND TO THE AREA AND UNIT FUND <br />WHEREAS, the rate increase adopted by the City of Lino Lakes in <br />June, 1988 and July, 1994 anticipated a transfer of funds from the <br />Water Enterprise Fund to the Area and Unit Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1990 and 1992 bond sales projected revenue from a <br />combination of connection fees, trunk area assessments and <br />services, and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director has determined that the amount from <br />the Water Enterprise Fund to the Area and Unit Fund for the year <br />1994 is $183,667. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Area and Unit (406) $183,667 <br />Water Enterprise (601) ($183,667) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes is 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />HO? ), (i/ae241-- <br />Marilyn G. nderson, Clerk Treasurer <br />Vernon F.
