Council member Elliott <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 16 <br />introduced the <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE INTERIM ASSESSMENT FUND TO THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, all pending assessments have been certified, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance from interest earnings, and <br />WHEREAS, this balance should be transferred on an annual basis. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) $13,235 <br />Interim Assessment Fund (802) <br />Decrease <br />($13,235) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes .Ms 23rd day of January, <br />1995. 2 ../ <br />Vernon F. Reinert - Mayor <br />7ilyn G.
