Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 17 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PARK BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, the Council approved the remodeling of the Forjay <br />Building, and <br />WHEREAS, $51,200 was allocated from the General Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, $12,600 was allocated from Park Acquisition & Development <br />Fund for a total of $63,800, and <br />WHEREAS, $66,723 was spent on the remodeling. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Increase <br />Interim Construction (450) $2,923 <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Decrease <br />($2,923) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes is 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F.
