Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 20 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />WHEREAS, Planning, Engineering and Finance reviewed all existing <br />escrow accounts, and <br />WHEREAS, there are outstanding escrows that cannot be collected, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, many of these escrows are insignificant and amount to <br />$3,277.34, and <br />WHEREAS, the other outstanding escrow <br />898 Lois Lane <br />Highland Meadows <br />Lake Amelia <br />White Tail Ridge <br />accounts are: <br />$ 4,755.19 <br />$ 701.00 <br />$23,286.89 <br />$ 1,142.44 <br />WHEREAS, all these escrows should be closed. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1994. <br />Escrow Fund (801) <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Increase Decrease <br />$33,163 <br />($33,163) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lake his 23rd day of January, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F.
