Council Member Kuether <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 24 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT ON LOT 5 AND LOT 6, BLOCK 2, ROHAVIC OAKS, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a 15 foot wide drainage easement was recorded over the <br />southwesterly border of Lot 17, Block 2, Rohavic Oaks at <br />the time the plat was recorded, and <br />WHEREAS, this portion of Rohavic Oaks has been replatted into Lot <br />5 and Lot 6, Rohavic Oaks, Second Addition and proper <br />drainage easements were recorded over Lot 5 and Lot <br />6, Block 2, Rohavic Oaks, Second Addition at the time the <br />plat was record, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for Monday, March 27, 1995 at <br />6:30 P.M. to consider the vacation of the drainage easement as <br />shown on the attached map. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of February, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mayor Reinert was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
