Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-26 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE WOODS <br />OF BALDWIN LAKE - 2ND ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-03 of the Lino Lakes City Council a <br />report has been prepared with reference to these improvements <br />detailing estimated construction costs and assessments, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-04 of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of <br />January, 1995, fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements. <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given, and the hearing was held on the 27th day of <br />February, 1995, at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of Februa 199 <br />I_ 67:_„c4.,, c4�/ <br />Marilyn G. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mayor Reinert was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
