Council member <br />Kuether <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-34 <br />introduced the <br />RESOLUTION REDESIGNATING A PORTION OF THE 1994-1995 COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS. <br />Whereas, resolution 94-06 designated $9,700.00 to the City's ongoing Therapeutic <br />Recreation Program and, <br />Whereas, there remains an unused balance as of March 1995, of $8,811.93 in the <br />Therapeutic Recreation area and, <br />Whereas, it has been determined that a majority of these funds will not be used <br />and, <br />Whereas, the City may redesignate all or a portion of the remaining Therapeutic <br />Recreation dollars towards another qualifying program and, <br />Whereas, it is the recommendation of the City to redesignate $5,000.00 towards <br />the City's ongoing Growth Study(Land Use, Economic <br />Development/Impact Study). <br />Now therefore be it resolved, that $5,000.00 be redesignated from the 1994-1995 <br />Therapeutic Recreation Program to the City's ongoing Growth Study (Land Use/ <br />Economic Development/Impact Study) to be spent before December 31, 1995. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 1995 <br />� <br />C �' G'�41 Gni <br />aril Y cnAnderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Vernon F. Reinert,Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
