Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 — 42 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING 1995 INSTALLMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON PIN. <br />31-31-22-32-0030 AND 28-31-22-42-0075. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />an assessment was certified to the above listed parcels <br />for 1995, and <br />it has come to the attention of staff that these <br />assessments were applied in error, and <br />the City Council has met and has considered the request <br />to abate the 1995 installment of special assessment on <br />the above listed parcels, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. The 1995 installment and all future years installments for <br />Special Assessment Fund No. 82241, 82242 and 82243 on property <br />described as PIN. 31-31-22-32-0030 are hereby abated. <br />2. The 1995 installment and all future years installments for <br />Special Assessment Fund No. 82362 on property described as <br />PIN. 28-31-22-42-0075 are hereby abated. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of April, <br />1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: Kuether <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
