Council Member Elliott <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-53 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT - 12TH AVENUE/HOLLY <br />DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 12th Avenue and Holly Drive between Birch street <br />and Ash Street and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The petition is hereby referred to Steve Heth of SEH, and he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kuether and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
