Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-56 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS. <br />WHEREAS: it appears to the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />street hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provisions of Minnesota Law, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />that the road described as follows, to wit: <br />Industrial Boulevard from Apollo Drive to Trunk Highway 49 (Lilac Street) <br />now numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 114, Segment 010, <br />be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his consideration. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />Member Bergeson <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
