Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 59 <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON NORTH ROAD BETWEEN LAKEVIEW <br />AVENUE AND LAKE DRIVE (COUNTY ROAD #23) <br />WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes planned the improvement of North <br />Road, and; <br />WHEREAS: the City will be expending State Funds on the improvement <br />of this roadway, and; <br />WHEREAS: this improvement does not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the <br />proposed construction must therefore be conditioned upon <br />certain parking restrictions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on <br />both sides of North Road between Lakeview Avenue and Lake Drive <br />(County Road #23) at all times. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this th day of May, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
