Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 — 66 <br />APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE TH 49, CSAH 23, AND CSAH 10 INTERSECTION <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes enter into Agreement <br />No. 73174 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation <br />for the following purposes, to -wit: <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's <br />share of the costs of the intersection revision construction and <br />other associated construction to be performed within the Trunk <br />Highway No. 49 (Hodgson Road and Lake Drive) intersection with <br />County State Aid Highway No. 23 (Lake Drive ) and County State Aid <br />Highway No. 10 (North Road) from Hodgson Road Engineer Station <br />81+00 (150 feet south of Blue Heron Drive) to North Road Engineer <br />Station 111+32 (Lakeview Drive) and from Lake Drive Engineer <br />Station 518+50 (1,480 feet southwesterly of Point Cross Drive) to <br />Lake Drive Engineer Station 568+91 (770 feet northeasterly of <br />Second Avenue) under State Project No. 0204-12 (T.H. 49=126) <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />State of Minnesota) <br />County of Anoka ) <br />City of Lino Lakes) <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />correct copy of the resolution presented to and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes at a duly authorized meeting <br />thereof held on the 12th day of June, 1995, as sown by the minutes <br />of the meeting in my possession. <br />City Clerk -Treasurer �1 ti - 60://,,Lt ems,' <br />atDre <br />Marilyn G. Anderson <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
