Council Member Elliott <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-68 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - <br />FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fourth Avenue Utilities, filed <br />with the Council on June 12, 1995, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in <br />conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to John Powell of TKDA, and he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of June, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council on c , 1995. <br />MarilyC G.
