council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-69 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITY FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 12, 1995, a report has <br />been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with reference to the improvement of Trunk <br />Utilities on Fourth Avenue and Lilac Street, and this report was received by the Council <br />on June 12, 1995. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $455,500.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day <br />of July, 1995, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of June, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
