Council Member <br />Kuether <br />introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-70 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE CLEARWATER CREEK FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br />SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 1995, a report has <br />been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with reference to the improvement of utilities and <br />streets for Clearwater Creek, and this report was received by the Council on July 10, <br />1995. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the estimated total cost <br />of the improvement. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day <br />of August, 1995, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by <br />law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of July, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
