Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-84 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF TRAIL EASEMENT IN <br />THE SHORES OF MARSHAN PLAT <br />Whereas, a 15' wide trail easement was originally platted <br />through the Shores of Marshan Plat, and <br />Whereas, this 15' wide trail easement has been replaced, in <br />part, by a boardwalk trail, and <br />Whereas, it was the City's intent to vacate a portion of the <br />original trail upon completion of the boardwalk trail, <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota: <br />That a Public Hearing be set for Monday, July 24, 1995 at 6:30 <br />P.M. to consider the vacation of a trail easement through the <br />Shores of Marshan Plat. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of July, 1995. <br />1 <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mayor Reinert and Council Member <br />Elliott were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
