Council Member <br />Neal <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-91 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-68 of the Lino Lakes City Council <br />adopted the 12th day of June, 1995, a report was prepared for this <br />improvement and, <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-69 adopted the 12th day of June, 1995 fixed a date <br />for a City Council hearing on the following described improvement: <br />FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITIES <br />AND WHEREAS,published and mailed notice of the hearing as required by the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter was given, and a hearing was held thereon on July <br />24, 1995 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of Augustt��_� <br />Marilyn C-,�. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />Member Elliott <br />was duly seconded by Council <br />and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council on , 1995. <br />Marilyn G.
