Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-92 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />CLEARWATER CREEK. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-51 of the Lino Lakes City Council a <br />report has been prepared with reference to these improvements <br />detailing estimated construction costs and assessments, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-70 of the City Council adopted the 10th day of July, <br />1995, fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed improvements. <br />AND WHEREAS, mailed notice and published notice of the hearing as required by the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter was given, and the hearing was held on the <br />14th day of August, 1995, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />( ) /- <br />Mari <br />Iy n C�'.
