Council member <br />Kuether <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-95 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM TAX INCREMENT 1-1 AND TAX INCREMENT 1-2 TO THE <br />GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1995 Budget provided funding for the Community Development Director <br />position, and <br />WHEREAS, 1/2 of this position was to be funded with Tax Increment Financing funds, and <br />WHEREAS, this amount is $38,000. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Increase Decrease <br />General Fund (101) 38,000 <br />Tax Increment 1-1 (407) 19,000 <br />Tax Increment 1-2 (408) 19,000 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
