Council member <br />Bergeson <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-98 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM <br />THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />WHEREAS, after review of escrow accounts ended June 30, 1995 by Finance and <br />Planning, and <br />WHEREAS, there are outstanding escrows that cannot be collected, and <br />WHEREAS, Oakbrook Peninsula escrow should be written off as the 3% administrative fee <br />was paid, and <br />WHEREAS, this amount is $3,688.49 <br />WHEREAS, the other outstanding escrows are as follows: <br />49 Club 165.20 <br />Molin Concrete (33.74) <br />Francis Lichtscheidl .10 <br />Kevin McLevish 10.00 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Closed Bond Fund (301) <br />Escrow Fund (801) <br />Increase Decrease <br />(3, 830.05) <br />3,830.05 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
