Council Member Elliott <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Resolution No.95-99 <br />Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Funds to the Escrow Fund from the General Fund <br />(Senior Cottages) <br />WHEREAS, a $467.00 credit was received for Northwest Associated Consultant planning costs <br />and credited to the wrong fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the credit should have been put towards the Senior Cottages Escrow account and not <br />the General Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized. <br />Senior Cottage Escrow(801) <br />General Fund(101) <br />Increase <br />467.00 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />Marilyn G. Anderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />Decrease <br />467.00 <br />Vernon F.
