Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Resolution No.95-100 <br />Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Funds to the Escrow Fund from Woods of <br />Baldwin Lake, 2nd Addition Construction Fund <br />WHEREAS, an escrow fund was established for Woods of Baldwin Lake, 2nd Addition in 1994, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there were costs charged to the escrow fund in 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, this project is now a City financed project, and <br />WHEREAS, 1994 costs should now be transferred to the construction fund in the amount of <br />$2,105.02. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be authorized: <br />Escrow Fund <br />Woods of Baldwin Lake, 2nd Add Construction Fund <br />Increase Decrease <br />2,105.02 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 1995. <br />Marilyn GjAnderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />2,105.02 <br />Vernon F. Reinert - Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dully seconded by Kuether <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />
