Council Member Kuether <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-102 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A COMMUNITY WATER SUPPLY <br />PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, in 1993 the Minnesota State Legislature passed State Law, Chapter <br />186, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 186 requires municipal water suppliers to prepare a <br />Community Water Supply Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, this plan must be prepared in accordance with guidelines provided by <br />the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the Metropolitan <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, this plan is to be submitted to these agencies for their review by <br />January 1, 1996, and <br />AND WHEREAS, Lino Lakes as a municipal water supplier is required to comply with <br />Chapter 186 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Acting City Engineer is directed to prepare a Community Water Supply Plan <br />in accordance with Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and <br />Metropolitan Council guidelines and to submit for review to these agencies prior <br />to January 1, 1996. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of August, 19 5. <br />Vernon F. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, <br />Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council on , 1 <br />.: - <br />Marilyn G.
