Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-103 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRAPPERS CROSSING. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted June 12, 1995, a report has been prepared <br />by Steve Heth (SEH) with reference to the improvement of Trapper's Crossing, and this report was <br />received by the City Council on June 26, 1995, and <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th day of June, 1995, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed improvement of Trappers Crossing, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 14th day of August, 1995, at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 100% of the property owners proposed to be assessed for these <br />improvements has been received requesting that 50 days of the 60 day waiting period as per Section 8.06 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter be waived. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 26th day <br />of June, 1995. <br />2. Steve Heth, SEH, is hereby designated as the Engineer for these improvements. Steve shall <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of August, 1995. <br />hn(t—k I 6AL-1( <br />Marilyn G. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bergerson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same:None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
