Council member Bergeson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 95-107 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 1996 ANNUAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to <br />adopt a resolution setting out proposed revenues and expenditures for <br />the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following General Fund <br />operating budget be adopted on a preliminary basis for 1996. <br />1996 PROPOSED GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $2,328,302.00 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 670,204.00 <br />Business Licenses and Permits 17,242.00 <br />Non Business Licenses and Permits 360,890.00 <br />Charges for Services 22,600.00 <br />Public Safety 105,680.00 <br />Municipal Fines 90,000.00 <br />Investments 50,000.00 <br />Miscellaneous 100,900.00 <br />Non -Revenue Receipts 305,775.00 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED GENERAL FUND REVENUES $4,051,593.00 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Mayor and Council $56,085.00 <br />Elections 10,440.00 <br />Administration 285,037.00 <br />Cable TV 5,770.00 <br />Finance 212,367.00 <br />Legal Consultants 112,000.00 <br />Economic Development 134,834.00 <br />Engineering/Planning 281,971.00 <br />
