Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 110 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />CLEARWATER CREEK TRUNK UTILITY SERVICES <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to construct sanitary sewer, water and storm water <br />systems from Cedar Street to Main Street and to assess the benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study <br />and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this _ day of , 1995. <br />Vernon Reinert, Mayor <br />i reir <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Berges&1d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
