Council Member Bergeson <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-128 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING A DRAFT REVISION TO THE INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT SYSTEM CODE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has over 2,100 households with Individual <br />Sewage Treatment Systems, and <br />WHEREAS, the proper maintenance of these systems is critical to protecting <br />surface and subsurface waters and the public health, and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 403.04 addresses maintenance of existing <br />systems, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed revision to the Code will help ensure that the systems <br />are properly maintained, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council supports the draft revision to Individual Sewage <br />Treatment Code Section 403.04 as outlined on the attached sheet. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of September, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
