RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 144 <br />Page -2- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Mills Concrete Restoration, Fridley, Minnesota, for the base bid only <br />(irrigation system omitted) in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />construction of Pumphouse No. 4, according to the plans and specification on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of October, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
