Council Member Kuether <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 155 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CONSTRUCT THE <br />SUNSET ROAD UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT AS A CHANGE ORDER TO <br />THE HIGHWAY 49 AND COUNTY ROAD 13 INTERSECTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the council on November 13, 1995, the <br />city engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Sunset Road <br />between Elm Street and the south line of 7164 Sunset Road by constructing sanitary sewer <br />and water mains and services and has presented such plans and specifications to the <br />council for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The city engineer shall proceed under the direction of the council, as given from <br />time to time, to construct the Sunset Road Utility Extension Project as a change <br />order to the Highway 49 and County Road 13 Intersection Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, . <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
