Council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-158 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE APOLLO DRIVE PHASE I <br />AND PHASE 11 IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Apollo Drive Improvements have been <br />completed by Arcon Construction Company, Inc. and, <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Apollo Drive Improvements - Phase II have been <br />completed by C. W. Houle, Inc., <br />AND WHEREAS, the one-year warranty periods for these projects will begin with the <br />final payment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Final Payment is hereby approved for the Apollo Drive Phase I and Phase II <br />Improvements. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of November, 1995... <br />Vernon F.
