Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-164 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING ANOKA COUNTY'S <br />REVISION TO THE COUNTY STATE AID SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, on December 12, 1995, the County Board of the County of Anoka, intends <br />to adopt a resolution revising the designation of County State Aid <br />Highway Number 10 within the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes <br />as follows: <br />1. That Anoka County revoke the State Aid designation on County <br />State Aid Highway Number 10 (North Road) from County State Aid <br />Highway 17 (Lexington Avenue) to Trunk Highway 49 (Lake Drive) <br />said revoking being 1.300 miles in length. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That said revision of the Anoka County State Aid Highway System is in all things <br />approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of Decembe <br />Vernon F.
