Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-165 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING DRAFT REVISION <br />TO THE <br />INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM CODE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has over 2,100 households with individual sewage <br />treatment systems, and <br />WHEREAS, the proper maintenance of these systems is critical to protecting surface <br />and subsurface waters and the public health, and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 403.04 addresses maintenance of existing systems, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed revision to the Code will help ensure that the systems are <br />properly maintained. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lino Lakes City Council supports the draft revision to Individual Sewage <br />Treatment Code Section 403.04 as outlined on the attached sheet. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of Decemb , 995. <br />-�11.'>c <br />Marilyn GI Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />Vernon F.
