Box 706 <br />Eveleth, MN 55734-0706 <br />Brown & Cris, Inc. <br />East Frontage Road of I-35 <br />19740 Kenrick Avenue <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55044 <br />$955,043.22 <br />$981,019.46 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Schield Construction Company, 13604 Ferris Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Schield Construction Company, <br />13604 Ferris Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55124, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for construction of Trappers <br />Crossing, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, <br />except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this llth day of December, 1995. <br />WA. 4/1")-(92 <br />Marilyn G.1Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Elliott, <br />Bergeson, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />--Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
