Council Member Kuether <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-180 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE 1991 CONSTRUCTION FUND, <br />THE SEAL COATING FUND AND THE GENERAL FUND TO THE ESCROW FUND <br />FOR WENZEL FARMS 3RD, 4TH AND 5TH ADDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, the construction for these projects is almost complete, and <br />WHEREAS, the engineering consultant (T.K.D.A.) has reviewed the costs associated <br />with these projects, and <br />WHEREAS, certain engineering costs, wear course costs and tree plantings were <br />incorrectly charged to the escrow. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />transfer from the 1991 Construction Fund, the Seal Coating Fund and the General <br />Fund to the Escrow Fund be approved as follows: <br />Increase Decrease <br />1991 Construction Fund (454) ($2,520) <br />Escrow Fund (801) $2,520 <br />Seal Coating Fund (422) ($ 125) <br />Escrow Fund (801) $ 125 <br />General Fund (101) ($ 480) <br />Escrow Fund (801) $ 480 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert - Mayor <br />Marilyn Anderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Elliott <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
