Council Member Elliott <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 189 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDER REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS - MARSHAN LAKE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT. <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the area at the northeast corner <br />of Lake Drive and Aqua Lane by constructing streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, <br />water mains and services, filed with the Council on December 15 , 1995, is <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2 The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer, and he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and <br />the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 1995. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G Ar <br />Marilyn G Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
