Council Member Bergeson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 190 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND WAIVING PUBLIC HEARING - MARSHAN <br />LAKE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted December 18, 1995, a report <br />has been prepared by OSM, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the area at the <br />northeast corner of Lake Drive and Aqua Lane by constructing streets, storm sewer, <br />sanitary sewer, water mains and services, and this report was received by the council on <br />December 18, 1995. <br />WHEREAS, the property owner has waived his right to a public hearing and appeal of <br />assessment. <br />WHEREAS, the property owner waive the sixty (60) day waiting period provided in section <br />8.06 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of the beneficiary property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, at an estimated cost of $874,360. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 1995. <br />arilyn . Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
