Council Member Elliott <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 196 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND <br />ORDER PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />FOR <br />PHEASANT HILLS 7TH ADDITION <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of by constructing streets, curb & gutter, <br />storm sewer, water supply systems, and sanitary sewer systems, filed with the Council on <br />December 18, 1995, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby. This declaration is make in conformity to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer, and he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 9 <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Kuether <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and approved <br />by the City Council on Dei' . 18, 1995. <br />ari1yn G.
