Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-07 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE CLEARWATER CREEK TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 95-110 of the Lino Lakes City Council <br />adopted the 11th day of September 1995, a report was prepared <br />for this improvement and, <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-187 adopted on the 18th day of December, 1995 <br />fixed a date for a City Council hearing on the following described <br />improvement: <br />AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing was given, and a <br />hearing was held thereon on January 22, 1996, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. John Powell, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement <br />Adopted by the City Council this 22th day of January, 1996. <br />hn L. Anderson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, <br />Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council on January 22, 1996. <br />Marilyn' .
