Council Member Kuether <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-08 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 95-109 of the Lino Lakes City Council <br />adopted the 11th day of September 1995, a report was prepared <br />for this improvement and, <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-188 adopted on the 18th day of December, 1995 <br />fixed a date for a City Council hearing on the following described <br />improvement: <br />AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing was given, and a <br />hearing was held thereon on January 22, 1996, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Kurt Johnson, TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement <br />Adopted by the City Council this 22th day of January, 996. <br />J hn L.
