Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-29 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO SIGN THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. <br />WHEREAS, the State has approached the City of Lino Lakes concerning the change in the <br />jurisdiction of Trunk Highway 49 from Lilac Street to Fourth Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the State has prepared the attached Memorandum of Understanding; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
