Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-34 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />DESIGNATION OF APOLLO DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Anoka did adopt a resolution designating <br />Apollo Drive from County Road 53 (Sunset Road) to Trunk <br />Highway 49 (Lilac Street) as County State Aid Highway 12 within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />WHEREAS, the CSAH 12 is under the jurisdiction of the County of Anoka. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That Apollo Drive from County Road 53 (Sunset Road) to Trunk Highway <br />49 (Lilac Street), now numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street <br />115, segment 010, be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid <br />Street of the City of Lino Lakes subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two <br />certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation <br />for his consideration. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of arch, 1996. <br />J'j itie4/•2 <br />arilyn G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, <br />Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
