Council Member <br />Kuether <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-51 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE CEDAR STREET LIFT STATION FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING. <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 13, 1996, a <br />report has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with reference to <br />the sanitary sewer lift station improvement and this report was <br />received by the Council on May 13, 1996. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the estimated <br />total cost of the improvement. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of <br />June, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of May, 1996. <br />J r( ----4-L.
